工作职责：

1.Relying on wealth management platform, providing customers with personalized asset allocation services based on the global financial market, such as stock trading, financial product sales and customization, and securities finance. 依托公司财富管理平台，为客户提供股票交易、金融产品销售与定制、证券金融等基于全球金融市场的个性化资产配置服务； 2.Maintaining and developing existing customers, expanding new customers ,analyzing and identifying their needs , providing allocation plans and services to customers. 维护开发存量客户，拓展新客户，分析挖掘客户需求,为其提供资产配置计划与服务； 3.Customer relationship management and investor education, educating customers to be rational, professional. 做好客户关系管理及投资者教育工作，培养客户成为理性、专业的投资者。

任职资格：

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Economics, Finance or related.

本科及以上学历，金融、经济等相关专业；

2.Steady financial professional ability, strong interest in wealth management industry, and a certain understanding of various financial market products.

具有扎实的金融专业能力，对财富管理行业有浓厚兴趣，对各类金融市场产品有一定了解;

3.Excellent communication skills and learning ability, able to work under pressure.

具有较强的沟通表达能力、学习能力和抗压能力;

4.Internship experience in banking, security is preferred.

在银行、券商等行业有相关实习经验者优先。
