1. Personnel leaving the laboratory premises must conscientiously inspect and secure all laboratory doors, windows, and electrical equipment. They must power down electrical devices that could cause serious consequences if left running unattended for extended periods, and actively prevent unauthorized access to the laboratory.

 

2. Prior to departing their work areas, experimenters must ensure that all important documents, data, equipment, and devices are securely stored in a protected state. Essential desktop materials and data must be properly safeguarded.

 

3. Before activating any equipment, ensure that the circuits, connections, and readiness of the devices are safely checked.

 

4. The laboratory must schedule qualified personnel to regularly inspect power supply and electrical equipment and facilities. It is strictly prohibited to arbitrarily cut power to equipment or modify power supply lines. Any unauthorized linking, parallel connection, or bridging of power lines is strictly prohibited.

 

5. Fire extinguishers must be provided in designated locations within the laboratory and regularly maintained. Adherence to operational and safety guidelines and instructions posted in relevant areas must be strictly observed. No one may alter the operational status or relocate fire safety equipment without authorization. In case of identified fire hazards, immediate action must be taken to resolve them, and if unable to resolve, relevant authorities must be promptly notified.

 

6. Information, documents, data, etc., must be effectively organized, sorted, and archived for records. No personnel are allowed to independently provide laboratory information, documents, data, configuration parameters, or any related information to unrelated parties or externally disseminate them in any form.

 

7. Laboratory administrators are responsible for diligently performing routine maintenance and testing, managing fault reports, and approving solutions for potential faults that may occur.

 

8. Daily items, equipment, consumables, etc., within the laboratory must be clearly recorded with quantities and models. A comprehensive borrowing and returning system must be established for items and critical equipment used publicly. Damaged, consumed, or lost items during use must be reported and registered, and responsibility should be assigned to the relevant personnel accordingly.
