The SIF has a systematic leadership system and process. Based on the development plan and strategic plan of the university, the SIF has fully researched the needs of the industry and formulated clear development strategic plans and goals.

The SIF follows the national standards for teaching quality and relevant certification standards (ACBSP), and has established a closed-loop quality control system to continuously improve the quality of education and teaching. Meanwhile, the SIF has established an open communication and feedback mechanism for all staff, students and other stakeholders to promote continuous improvement in the management, to ensure that the School fulfils its social responsibilities, and to help the School achieve its Mission.
